There is no provision on your website to inform your subscribers who bought already tickets about trip cancelations due to weather os or other issues. There is no travel alert tap on your home page, and the most discouraging is, bought and paid trips are not flagged, when in reality, have been canceled. We should have been Informed by you, that our today trip from Kythnos to Serifos will not take place. Maybe is time to stop using Ferryhopper altogether.
