EDIT 5☆: They added a way to remove ads. The app itself is great, but hot damn the ads are starting to get a little overwhelming for me. If there was an option to pay for the app to remove ads then I would absolutely do that. The app gives you heaps of neat ways to get to where you want to go, like sorting your route by fewest transfers or least walking. But again, please give me an option to remove the ads, some of them don't even load properly and can't be minimised without closing the app.

I really hate the app. it works well in general but you have to wait for ads and potentially miss your bus while you're waiting. as soon as a viable replacement is available I'm leaving moovit and would recommend others do the same

1 star even for the ad-free version because an app like this NEEDS to work 99% of the time for people to get to where they need to go in a timely fashion. Many weeks in a row now, when I leave the house and need up to date information on arrivals, it says there is a "technical problem" and won't load, but it will load later! Pretty infuriating and makes me want to stick to Google Maps because I have already been deeply inconvenienced too much to bother renewing. EDIT: still won't work 4 wks l8er
