The service is good, the app could be a bit better. When I'm on the train home and I know what time the train is due to reach the station I can't book the bus until I'm within a stop or so, which means I end up having to wait 10-15 minutes when if I could book earlier it could be pretty seamless. I'm only giving it 5 stars because it ultimately is better than a 3.1 star app. Probably somewhere around 4.
Brilliant app but 2 faults. Notifications appear but disappear before you can read them. Also you need to test the app better. Booking a future timed ride doesn't work properly.
Unreliable!! Its a good service for newly developed areas and the staff is nice but its usually late or doesn't show up. Not reliable as I had to book 30mins before my departure time that too one week in advance still it arrives late.
Friendly staff. App informs me of what is happening most of the time. Just disappointed with way this is run - buses only ever have zero, one or two passengers on them = lots of empty seats and waiting times can be long. Why not provide taxi sized cars instead or pickup/drop off multiple people at once?
This used to be an almost perfect service, but in the last three months or so (this month in particular) has gotten worse and worse to the point that it is barely usable you now always have to book 15 minutes earlier then when you actually want to leave or it'll be late, even then it will most likely be as well, the app is a mess as well, sometimes the option to book one simply won't show up or if it does will display the incorrect time and many, many other problems, what happened?
