It stopped sending me notifications everything is turned on to receive notifications. It sent me notifications when first used is then randomly stopped

This is the worst app ever!!! I created an account, got it all setup on my daughter's phone, but when I tried to login on mine it acts like I never created a login. Now I can't even get into our account on her phone. I am extremely disappointed!
