the best platform i used so far but I kinda dislike the recent change to the support system using an Ai to assign you to a support I rather have the old version where you connect with them without an ai but other than that it works perfectly highly recommend

I have a vip account and love this app however I got liquidated on the 14th June at 3.25 & 5 seconds . but I have a screenshot of my trade open at 3.25 &40 seconds and it was not at liquidation level the app was extremely glitchy that day with screen freezes and I was unable to open my trade to cancel it and the price did eventually reach my liquidation level but I was actively trying to close it.would be good if I could be refunded for my loss since this was 2 app glitches during volatility

It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

I cannot recommend this exchange. The only real benefit to using it over others is that you can sign up without having to do KYC and get rewards for trading. However, it wasn't long after using it that they began "requesting" me to complete KYC. Of course, it's not really a request. They want you to send in a copy of your passport and a video recording. If you are going to do that, don't do it on a Chinese exchange. Use a reputable U.S. exchange. Otherwise, use Weex, Blofin, or something else.
