Consult+ for Canada Life members is a virtual health and wellness hub. It brings together all the care professionals you need to answer your health concerns. Connect to the right practitioners across an ever-growing array of specialties. Get a prescription renewal. Consult our licensed doctors or nurses by chat, audio or video. Consult+ is for plan members and their dependants covered by their Canada Life group benefits plan.

You can use Consult+ for:

- Minor or known headaches
- Allergies, colds, flu and nasal congestion
- Painless eye issues (eye stye, pink eye,…)
- Infection of the upper respiratory tract (sinusitis, rhinitis,…)
- Mild or known gastric issues
- Mild infection of the digestive system
- Asymptomatic sexual health
- Genito-urinary infection in women
- Breastfeeding support and related infections
- Dermatologic infections and eruptions (rash, hives, eczema,…)
- Minor cuts or bites
- Thyroid issues
- Medical prescriptions or renewals
- Management of other eligible diseases and conditions
- Management of other eligible medications and treatments

edit: overall my experience with the app/service is good. you can get an appointment fast and I haven't felt rushed by the doctors. my complaints are that my bluetooth headphones don't work with the app and I can't find how to get technical support, and that the pharmacy selection section is really finicky and can be hard to pull up and select the correct one

They ask for more personal information than is required and don't allow you to skip. They are late to their own appointments then send you a notice that If you are 5 mins late its deemed a no show and they'll charge you . Bad first experience all round.

I have spent two days trying to get a simple refill, and I'm constantly having to get back in line due to errors made to my prescription. To make matters worse, the wait time is very long (It's been 1 to 3 hours each time for me), the AI chat bot doesn't understand simple sentences (at some point, it failed to understand the word "yes"), and the app crashes constantly. I don't recommend trusting your healthcare with this service.
