The only problem with the application is, one can't track their package. No tracking I'd(as you send articles from other delivery partner)no estimated date of delivery, nothing to check the status of ordered article. If you have to sustain and compete with the fashion sites (like Myntra, Nyka and Amazon where they are providing image based search options also) you must work on this. Rest totally happy with the size availablity and quality of products. That's why giving you three starts only.

I love it...i literally fond of this kurti which i lost my same kurti in travelling.after searcing alot for it and i found it here again..little costly but Happy for the first purchase.. make some affordable price for every suits n kurtis so that I can buy more dresses 😍 I hvnt idea about your return policy just came from other reviews i saw most of the people commented abt your refund and return issue... i think this should be my first and last purchase if u didn't solve this problems.

My experience with this shopping site was extremely disappointing. None of the products I ordered met expectations—each had some kind of issue. When I tried to return them, I was told that refunds aren't given and only a gift card would be issued. This policy is really frustrating. Had I known about it earlier, I wouldn't have shopped here at all. Now my money feels wasted, and I have no choice but to make another purchase I don't even need. Truly a bad experience overall.
