They have the sounds that I hear in my head 24/7. My cousin asked what ringing in the ear is sounds like so I found this app and forward it to her. It's just real noises that the brain makes because it cannot hear and the cilia in the cochlea is damaged. There is no way to fix having this condition. There is no cure for tinnitus. :-(

The "whoosh" setting has a rhythmic clicking noise. This app has decent features, but for over $6, I would expect more. I have a free app currently that does nearly the same thing. I would pay the amount if you added a binaural beat generator with the ability to save presets that I create.

Seems a bit pointless. How does listening to the sound in my head help me? If anything it makes it worse. No trial version. Only choice is a hiss when I hear a ring. So no idea if it will help without me subscribing first. Why not do a 1 week trial with all features unlocked. If it works then people like me would gladly pay.
