GN ResoundAbout this app
Developer Description
ReSound Relief - for people with tinnitus
Sound exercises are one of the most common therapies to minimize the effects of tinnitus.
The app lets you manage your personal library of soundscapes to be used as part of your tinnitus management.
Either listen to the default soundscapes or create your own from a collection of environmental sounds and small pieces of music.
To help you cope with your tinnitus, Relief also provides different activities to relax through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and imagery.
The Learn section will teach you more about what tinnitus is, what the causes are, as well as tips to help you better deal with the effects of your tinnitus.
My Relief will help you to create a personalized plan to teach you to manage your tinnitus.
Simply answer a few questions about your tinnitus and the issues that bother you the most and ReSound Tinnitus Relief will create a weekly plan to support your tinnitus management.
People with tinnitus can also have hearing loss to some degree, therefore, we added a hearing test for all users to get quick inside into a potential hearing loss.
This is not a formal hearing test and does not provide you with an audiogram.
The app is a tool for anyone who has tinnitus. It should be used in combination with a tinnitus management program or plan set up by a hearing care professional.

I love it! It did however take a few nights of use before it settled. There were some issues with sound deteriorating after running for a while. That aside, I use this app every night to counter my tinnitus. I like the way you can "tailor" the experience... Great stuff ..thank you , n .
A very good sound app which is well designed to provide a wide range of sounds for tinnitus moderation. The only downside is the heavy, if understandable, battery usage. NOTE for those complaining the sound won't play with the screen sleeping. This is probably related to your battery settings. On Pixels at least, you need to set the battery to Unrestricted (not Optimised, which will shut off the app when the screen is dark).
just stopped working, it opens, but works really slow, and doing and sounds not working anymore, tried clearing cache and reinstalling already without any difference.
Sounds are good for my tinnitus and I am able to fall asleep. The trouble starts when you turn the screen off at night. At this point the app sound stops! If it doesn't stop the timer stops working and the sound is playing faintly in one ear. I stop the app but it still plays in background. It needs to be force stopped at this point. It use to work great but no longer. My phone operates with Android 15 and my sleep aids are in the ear Signias. Its not the phone or the hearingaids. Now what?
Android app has no sound at all for any of the options. iPhone app works fine.
