I actually tested the accuracy of this in my studio using a signal generator and it was insanely on point. I can imagine tons of ways to use this in the future.
Practical and reliable, but not very advanced (e.g. no peak frequency detection) and not configurable (e.g. fixed window size).
It works but this is a log spectrum. The ability to switch to a linear spectrum would get 5 stars.
Not configurable, no method of saving traces, inaccurate.
I put some time into testing a bunch of these audio frequency and decibel apps using 4 different devices and none were able to do anything even close to what real spectrum analyzer was showing! Each device showed a completely incorrect reading. I couldn't even get any apps to match any other apps readings on the same device with them both running at the same time with pink noise sent from real RTA. Incredibly useless, use this to tune a stereo and you'll be wondering what happened to it.
