app does not launch. so I uninstalled and reinstalled. now I can't sign in. takes to to create an account

app glitches. feedback does not work, and it only shows some of my purchases made last month, but not all of them. it seems to be as touchy as the computer at store 17315, since it over half the time won't take my phone number to get to my rewards account, and sometimes it won't scan the key tag. why use rewards if they only work part time?? I prefer shopping at smaller local shops. but sometimes the headaches they cause are not worth it.
