mediocre connectivity with system. Isuzu have to completely close it app to refresh connection to get live information from tstat. Also, usage doesn't have any data.

The app works, but the scheduling function doesn't always take effect correctly. Example: You'd set it to change to 110 degrees and heat pump only at 4pm. Yet, the unit will show 130 degrees and energy saver at 4.05pm. But as soon as you open the app on your phone and go to schedule it magically pushes a trigger to the unit and it goes to 110 degrees and heat pump only.

Are you guys ever going to fix whatever you messed up from the last update to where I cannot use the app at all anymore, or did you just say screw it? This has got to be the worse app I've dealt with and your customer service has no idea about how to fix it, so please don't refer me to them. Just fix the app.
