11/14/25. vacation modes appears to be working. thanks. Vacation mode doesn't work with water heater. Vacation calendar shows I am away but app says I am home and hot water temp is normal hot temp not set back. Also 12:00 am is considered noon not midnight by this app. 11/27/23 vacation mode stays set for only a couple of days then reverts to home. Not a very good app! 2/22/24 vacation mode still doesn't work. Even after new app update.

I am SO tired of having to make an account just to use basic features. I know there has to be some kind of 'cloud' to remote in. But if I don't want to use the cloud, I know for a fact they can make it local as that has been done by many in the past. I don't like the mid 2025 update that changed the graph to a running 24 hour comparison instead a full day which was a little easier to compare the days energy usage for the DAY, NOT 24 hours.

The app is poorly designed. It kind of works, but only for basic controls. The vacation/away functionality doesn't work at all because it's tied in with geofencing. The scheduling system limits to 4 time periods each day (with hardcoded names). And the data reports are very incomplete and impossible to export. It seems like they went with the cheapest possible contractor just to check the box to say they have an app.

The app won't follow user set schedules. I've updated and reinstalled the app and rebuilt the user temp schedule in the app and it consistently fails to follow the schedule. This has left us without hot water on numerous occasions. I have to repeatedly check the app when I know we need hot water to ensure the settings are correct. I've even set temp and check back in 30 minutes to see the hot water progress and the app will have changed the temp setting.
