This app is kind of useless for a contractor. I work as a service and installer representing ruud. First, couldn't set up account It asks for our distributor goodin didn't come up to select. Second, what would help in the field is an app where I could look up model number an get a parts list with protech part numbers so when I check our shop stock I can find the part or after hrs calls if I have to have goodin open up they can find the part if (experienced it) our rep can't get on to system to look it up.
