If you ever change WiFi SID or password, good luck reconfiguring all your smart plugs- one at a time, starting from initial setup. So much for "smart" plugs. Otherwise the app is ok- not the most intuitive, but it works- at least for basic configuration/scenes I've setup for Kasa Smart Plugs. I've intentionally not used Smart Actions as I care not to share my location data with TP-Link or any of their unknown vendors.

Every few months I get 'time not sync' error which requires me to re-add devices (resync does not work). Cannot relocate devices. It's half-baked and they are not fixing obvious bugs (to me) and workflow issues. Technically, it works, but I would switch in a second if cross compatibility wasn't an issue.
