Finally got with the times and upgraded to a smart thermostat. After a girl bit of research, I settled on an Ecobee Premium. The app is great, and very intuitive. I love that I can view energy usage reports and set very specific daily schedules. I also love that it detects when I'm home unexpectedly during an away period and automatically turns my system on. I couldn't be happier!

after changing temperature it shows a pop up to pick 2h , 4h, until I change it, etc. Can you get rid of this pop up and move default choise into settings somewhere? Original interface with a scroll was quicker to use and aesthetically appealing.

it is a very simple app, but has many, many problems. The current state of the system does not correspond to what is being displayed; the update delay is sometimes minutes. Many other problems, too many to list

Newly purchased our thermostat for Christmas and already considering taking it back. I hate how overly complicated the app is and how all these eco settings are enabled by default. I still cannot figure out why our thermostat will not simply stay at the temp we set it to. It feels like we've lost control of our air conditioning and I don't like it.
