Great job on all my floors! carpets , vinyl, and inside outside carpet too. picks up cat & dog hair. I love it does all the work by online app. Just empty dirt plus clean brushes after each cleaning. It is ready for the next day. I can use it many times a day. I only use it at 6pm every evening. My floors look amazing! I love my robot vacuum!

App works fine but I wish my ad links in my messages would open up the app, I can't even open it from your website...I have to go find it🤷🏻‍♀️ And I was given the discount on replenish products when I registered, and I really need to use that, but have yet to because I think I only found it once and didn't work in store, despite saying that it will...expensive inconveniences..... other than that I'm very happy with my cleaning equipment.

The app was finally working seamlessly for a long while but now, again, after an app update, I can't access the menus for the filter or for my roller in my vacuum after purchasing a new filter in order to let the app know that I've changed filters 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 like I've said before, what's the use of paying hundreds of dollars more for a "smart connected" vacuum (crosswave max) if the "smart connected app) doesn't work???? Please fix ASAP 🤬🤬🤬🤬

For some reason my Bissell app on my android stopped working, and now it says my device isn't compatible. It always was .please advise , not a happy customer at this time .I

(Pet). So far don't like app or vacuum. No battery %. No remote control (like a toy car). No dark mode. No wall follow. Weak battery. No mapping! Very quiet. Gets stuck easily. Finds base easily. had a cheaper one with a better app and more functions. Hard to set up. disappointing for the price, moves too slow, one speed. Doesn't cover the whole floor, gets fixated in one place while not in spot mode.
