The app lost my password. Can't login via website. Login screen doesn't work with phone keyboard. As I'm typing, the screen progressively gets darker. I accidentally omit a character. No way to go back except to backspace back to where the character needs to be and to retype. Guess what a viewer never wants to do: Spend 10 f'ing minutes trying to get an app to work.
