A powerful offline investment manager for Android
InvestFlow goes far beyond stock watchers go and allows you to build portfolios with different types of investments, including stocks, bonds, foreign currencies and mutual funds, maintain records of prices and transactions, be alerted on price changes, relevant news and events, track goals and much more.
And differently from most apps, no identification or personal/investment data is EVER sent to our servers for your total privacy.
Features
★ Supports worldwide stocks, mutual funds and ETFs, bonds, stock options, cash accounts, indices, currencies, loans, real estate and generic investments.
★ Supports multiple portfolios with unlimited assets.
★ Depending on asset type, prices can be obtained automatically from a quote provider, entered manually or even extracted from web pages.
★ Transactions like buys, sales, transfers, dividends and taxes/fees can be entered manually or imported from CSV files. Recurring transactions like regular deposits and fees can be scheduled.
★ Asset summaries include total buys/sales/dividends/fees, current value, realized gain/loss, annual return, average/break-even price, current yield/yield to maturity (bonds), latest transactions and news, upcoming events etc.
★ A detailed and customizable Portfolio Summary with over 20 charts is presented for each portfolio, including market value, total gains and losses, type/risk/institution allocation, liquidity, annual returns, monthly deposits, dividends received and value projection. A summary view shows consolidated info from all portfolios.
★ Goal tracking: set target amounts and dates for each portfolio and track the remaining value and time until you reach them.
★ Custom fields and tags can be used to categorize each asset according to your personal needs and see the allocation of your portfolio based on them.
★ The built-in news aggregator downloads and filters only the news that are relevant to your portfolio. Several channels like CNN and Reuters are provided, and you can easily add more from any RSS feed.
★ Alerts can be programmed for changes in prices, market value or gain/losses, for each asset or for specific portfolios. After triggered, they can be automatically inverted or adjusted by a certain value or percentage.
★ The Financial Agenda keeps track of relevant events and reminders for each asset, like expiration/maturity dates, IPO dates, payout dates etc.
★ A graphical simulation tool projects the future value of your portfolio based on variables like period, return rate, inflation, monthly deposits etc.
★ Home widgets are provided for a quick overview of your portfolios, assets, news and upcoming events.
★ Asset/portfolio summaries can be exported as image, printed or saved as PDF
★ Assets and transactions can be exported to compatible apps like Excel, Google Docs, Evernote etc
★ PIN/fingerprint protection
★ Several customizations are possible, including periodicity for updates, local currency, inflation/interest rate etc.
★ Data is stored and processed locally on your device. No recurring server fees involved and your privacy is assured.
When installed InvestFlow runs in trial mode for 20 days, allowing you to fully evaluate it. After this period some features are disabled and can be unlocked via in-app purchase.

Most Portfolio tracker I've tried! Seems impossible to find a Portfolio tracker that also is good at tracking dividends. Love that you can virtually add any stock or bond with the web capture option. Great work! My only suggestion would be to be able to chance charts from monthly to weekly and daily options. Keep up the great work!

It's very difficult to find an app that allows you to keep track of multiple portfolios with many types of investments (stocks, mutual funds, other country markets, P2P lending, etc.) AND tracks/updates automatically those investments that are found online. I tried many others but in my opinion, InvestControl is by far the most comprehensive and versatile. I gave 4 stars because the instructions, the interface, and the daily change reporting still need work, but overall an excellent app.

Fairly good app for tracking various investment instruments... It needs to get better generally esp the UI and please get the iOS and online versions out for more flexibility. It should allow actual Transactions (not Items) to capture the critical elements of the instrument e.g. price, start date, maturity, coupon/interest rate, etc rather than items first and then transaction... With these sorted, it will create a niche for itself. Thanks a lot.

The user interface is just confusing. I've tried a dozen times to create a portfolio and then an item and then a transaction but it keeps sending my transactions into an empty portfolio. The item parameter "base portfolio" does not correspond to my portfolio. To put a transaction into the right portfolio the drop-down menu at the top of the screen has to have the portfolio selected instead of the summary. Borderless menus are a trashy internet trend, please kill it.

You should say up front that it is a limited-time trial app, instead of burying that info deep in a paragraphs long description. In the end, I did not get sucked in enough by the functionality to want to buy, so I'll uninstall. Ironically, had I realized up front that it was a trial I might have put more time into evaluating it sooner and maybe found reasons to like it. But I thought I could do so at my leisure, and oops look I'm out of time. Oh well.
