I love Jacquelyn and Bare Definition! This year I wanted to start taking better care of myself and the gym isnt my scene. I need to enjoy my works in order to stay consistent and I have been able to do just that. I find this app easy to use and the workouts are perfect for me, intense but gentle, all at the same time. I have seen a huge improvement in my strength and body tone, which is exactly the results that I was looking for from a workout routine. I highly recommend Bare Definition!
I've had a great experience with the app. It's motivated me to get back into working out. I love that it provides structured programs for me to follow along, but I also have the option to choose my own classes as well. Jacquelyn is also very good at providing specific cues for the movements which helps a lot for someone who hasn't done yoga or pilates before. The price is a little expensive but overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to start their fitness journey at home.
Update update! Thank you for fixing whatever bug the new version had. It now works on Android 13 phones. I have fixed the stars, as promised. If you would like more stars, you have only to fix your unsatisfactory monitoring of the FB group.
Intermediate and Advanced. Not good for people recovering from any type of injury. There isn't much instruction with how to do the moves properly, few tips on how to do moves properly. Examples of the exercises are not given before the exercise begins.
I love jacquelyn. But, please don't bother trying this app. There are many glitches in the app and on their website. Their tech support plays games and will fix things and make it look like it's your fault. Also, all of these videos are old. she just rotates and recycles the same videos to create a schedule every month. her 90-day beginner program is very repetitive. it is more affordable than others, but it's because she doesn't update her videos very often. Just go on youtube for free.
