App really improved recently, loads faster and helps me on my day to day tasks. Communicating with customers and chatting became much easier and it doesn't spam me like most other apps.

The latest update contains to many bugs...I can only see room's allotment for today in 1 room's type. when I change room's type, the allotment showed null. This also happened when I change date to check availability for other day. Developer, please load the room's availability based on room type change amd date change. Please fix this ASAP. The previous calendar version was way better guys..

the YCS mobile app seems to be updated in May 2025. but this new version keeps hanging. Another thing is there is 'new calendar' which is confusing. i want to continue using the 'current calender' but now it doesnt work. its there, but it doesnt display the data. if it used to work well, just leave it. Dont try to create new festures which breaks the whole app.

Nearly completely useless, a half implementation, use the website but don't try it on mobile, all of agoda tools are only make for desktop, and even then you'll find lots of bugs. Not to mention that you have to walk in circles for hours because the apps are not intuitive at all and most of the important features are hidden. They say some things can only be done by support by then they never responded. Terrible service as well.
