the steps you need to take for each perk is listed and easy to follow, however my only real complaints so far is that it makes you sign in two or three times and text you multiple verification codes even if you are already signed into your account.

I booked a room on a day where the temps outside were supposed to be 28. I used my points when booking the room. However, when I got there an hour later, the lady at the desk said, WE DONT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE I DONT KNOW WHY YOUR BOOKING WENT THRU. 🤬🤬🤬 So now as I am WALKING back to where I was an hour back... in severe pain.. temps dropping fast,, I called support .. did not get any help. a few hours I cancelled the reservation as they REFUSED TO HONOR IT.DID NOT GET MY 15K PTS BACK.
