Ever since the update I cannot get this app to work. I had to go into the ticket counter the day of my flight to even check in because the website wouldn't let me check in either! I called customer service and they said I was the only one who had complained about the app but when I went in person they said they've had hundreds of complaints but still charged me to check me in and print my boarding pass even though I literally have no other way of doing so. Super frustrated
