A must-have for people going to Universal Orlando. Really accurate on the wait times for the rides and when stuff was closed. Map was indispensable, and we wouldn't have seen all of the different food options and ride options if we didn't have it. The power-up wristbands in the Nintendo area (paired with the app) worked completely as expected, had a lot of fun with that. If you're going here, get the app.

very helpful, let's you know the rides wait times so you can plan accordingly. Shows you extra activities to do like the second generation wand and the Mario mini games. I do hate how lots of restaurants make you pay on the app for food, I went to restaurant with my family and we didn't know we had to pay on the app so we sat there waiting for a waitress/waiter for like 20 minutes. THEN when we tried to use the app to order it wouldn't let us, it took us 7 tries to finally get it.

very glitchy. still shows old christmas special tickets from 2 years ago. Shows "null" names in the group from previous years, won't allow me to add all of the tickets for my group.

doesnt make it past the Universal logo. freezes of stays on that screen and doesnt load past the logo

Why must I waste battery being forced to turn on location to do anything on this app?!?!? Unless I'm making a mobile order or attempting the rarely used virtual line there is no need for location services to be turned on & wasting battery life. Update: 4 months later & I still need to turn on location to check park hours, ticket prices & anything else that location services aren't needed. Update 2: And here it is 18 months later and I still need to turn on location to do anything. Do better!
