The whole process was super easy, just a quick signup online and a few minutes at the airport to finish setup. Now I can skip the long TSA lines completely, which saves me so much time and stress when I travel. What I really like is how smooth and consistent it is every time. Even if you only fly a few times a year or hate waiting around at security, CLEAR is 100% worth it.

I can never upload my ID to this app and the options to upload flights are terrible. I would like to just be able to click on my flight and see the weather and status. instead it won't add my flight unless I add a travel option to the airport. I can only add one flight and not connecting flights.

For the money charge, it's kind of a waste. it took me almost as long to go through Clear is it would through a regular line. second, there was no integration with TSA Pre, and the Clear lady told me to go back to the ticket counter. even though I paid for both - TSA Pre and Clear - it's been a frustrating experience and a waste of time.

the only thing I find more useless than this app what is the number to support around it. the system works fine at the airport when scanning my eyes but I cannot get into the app. Put in my mobile number, that doesn't work, put in about 5 email possibilities, they don't work. you click support, major Bank tier mobile number and email option. the online help system is absolute trash. No reset option.
