keeps logging me out. for the past 3 weeks or so Verizon home app has become very annoying where my attempt to login keeps being interrupted by the terms page. I accept and then it says router not supported. and then I go to login and it takes a good 15 seconds before it gets to the homepage. I don't know what's going on what happened if it's because I am on a fold but then I tried my old Samsung 9 phone and it does the same thing. it's annoying Verizon please fix it thank you

The home internet service is generally adequate. However, if multiple devices are streaming movies simultaneously, some lag may be experienced. For online gaming, the connection may not be consistently stable, even when the console is directly connected.

setting usable profiles and parental controls is basically useless. it's good to monitor your network, kinda. you'll find a lot of devices listed multiple times with different names for each. Verizon's IT staff could have done a much better job than launching this nonsense
