What's New

I am 51 years old and only started flying in the last few years because my sons are grown and they make me lol I have had the worst travel anxiety in my life all my whole life and they've flown me on a few different airlines. But Frontier Airlines is who my sons are sticking with now because I always have such a great experience with them and I'm not even trying to Brown nose. They help me find where I need to go they offer me things they they comfort me they fix problems that I myself create

mostly works great, but has a couple issues i ran into: 1. travel documents for international flights doesn't save in the app. i had to do it on desktop. 2. boarding pass issues. our boarding pass didn't have TSA precheck or the right group number when opening it on the app. but if we downloaded it from the website as a PDF, it had TSA precheck on the boarding pass and the correct group number.

Unhelpful at best. Different tabs within the app display different/conflicting info on your flight. Clicking for more info sends you to a pop-up that says can't help at this time. And let's not forget Frontier is effectively extorting passengers to download the app or pay a fee. Saving a few bucks on a flight for automated poor service isn't worth it.

Can't travel without delays I'm not here for the app, I'm here for the company. If the company is t*ash, the app won't do anything. Extremely long waiting times everything costs extra and full of delays. Delays vary from 30min to a day. I'm on the plane. I was supposed to leave at 10am I leaving at 4pm, after deplaning. Also happened last month. Can't count how many times this has happened to me. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from them.
