This job search and training App helps you easily apply for Jobs at Access Healthcare, one of the world's largest revenue cycle BPO and technology services providers. As a candidate, you can use this App to apply for jobs and track your application through various stages of the hiring process. The App provides the following functionalities:

Download and register
Download the App from the iOS store and register through the application's single sign-on features using your e-mail ID. The registration process requires your Aadhaar Number to validate your identity. (Aadhaar is a 12-digit random number issued by the UIDAI ("Authority") to the residents of India).
The registration process is easy to navigate, and all you need to do is to follow the instructions provided.

Recruitment Team Coordination
The App simplifies the coordination with our recruitment team. Our guest relations executive (GRE) will schedule an interview with you at your convenient time. The App will notify you of the schedule.

Attend online interview
The online interview functionality requires you to clear a basic screening interview. Our recruitment team will coordinate the interview over a video-conference call. After completing the online interview, we will assign a mandatory online training program.

Document Upload
We require you to upload mandatory documents, including your Aadhaar card, resume, and educational certificates. Just adhere to the list provided by the recruitment team. After scrutinizing these documents, the Access Healthcare recruitment team will issue a letter of intent and a provisional offer to hire you if you successfully complete the training program.

Online Training program
Depending on the area of work you have chosen, Access Healthcare's training team assigns a set of training modules for you to complete. These training modules can take 4-5 hours to complete and prepare you for a successful career with Access Healthcare. Once you have completed the assigned training modules, you will undergo an assessment to evaluate your understanding of the concepts related to US healthcare and the revenue cycle industry.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST CLEAR THE ASSESSMENT SUCCESSFULLY BY SECURING THE REQUIRED QUALIFYING MARKS. YOU MAY TAKE THIS ASSESSMENT NO MORE THAN 2 TIMES.

Salary Discussion
As you have completed the Access Healthcare recruitment process, our recruitment team will contact you to understand your salary expectations and career aspirations. Based on the discussion and Access Healthcare compensation benchmarks, Access Healthcare's recruitment team will decide on releasing an offer letter.

Collect your offer letter
The application will notify you if you have met all qualifying criteria and send you an online offer letter. You may accept the offer on the App itself. You will also get an e-mail notification for the offer letter.
