UPDATED: I love the app! I have been using it since my knee replacement surgery a year ago and I'm so much stronger for it! You nailed it in this app with being able to select the machines available in the gym we use, ability to focus on certain areas, adjustability for how long our rest periods are, and goals to shoot for and suggestions when you could move up to a higher weight! Thank you for helping me get my strength back and being such a great tool for my rehab!

the app is really well made! I find the pain version to be à little too expensive for me considering I only want access to the graphs. But there's plenty of feature in the free version.

you would think the people who designed an app to help make it easier to track your workouts would have designed it a bit better. You can't even make a workout manually and schedule it ahead of time... you can't make your own weekly routine, no, the only manual thing you can do is make a workout yourself to be completed RIGHT NOW - where it then puts a timer on... the simplest concept and they missed it The only way you can make a weekly schedule is by letting them generate a workout for you.
