Great app! Works perfect and very helpful
This app is ñot hel0full at all. After cleaning the pre filter I can't reset it same 8t was possible with the previous app. It is time the developer s9lve this issue asap! Otherwise, the Atmosphere sky is working fine.
I'm frustrated that I have to consistently go into my apps and clear the cache on this particular app in order for it to then work. I have to do this every single time I want to go on the app and make any changes. I have the most updated version. Suggestions?
The latest app lacks the user-friendly UI design and options of the previous Amway Connect app (quite counterintuitive). Child Lock option should be on the home screen. Resetting HEPA/Carbon filters after replacing is not an available option. Monthly summary view is missing. Resource Library feels cramped on the home page (a separate screen would be more organized). Additionally, a toggle between light & dark themes would enhance the user experience.
I have 3 Atmospheres in my home (1 Sky and 2 Minis). The app never stays connected to them. They are always shown as offline and it's not worth the effort to reconnect them. If I have to go to the machine every time then what's the point of having remote capabilities? Don't get me wrong, I love the benefits of having them in my home, but the app connectivity leaves a lot to be desired.
