So easy to use and seeing as I am disabled it allows me to read the Mail every day as there are no delivery services in our town. I did try buying from a London company online but they were so unreliable it was hard to believe, half the time they would send me a red top rag. However with the app it is fantastic and because I would have great difficulty holding the whole paper reading the app on my phone is so easy.

The paper is fine, it downloads quickly. But, the puzzles are very difficult to get downloaded. I have to try several times, every day but keep getting the message that that days puzzles cannot be downloaded. It is not my WiFi as all other apps are fine.

Used for several years, love it, still using still great, recent additions very welcome, love the new features. Nov 2025. having problems with the present version of the app, puzzles do not work as they use to, queried this told to uninstall and reinstall, now cannot verify my account,been trying to donthis for most of the day. would like to roll back to previous version.

Frustrating. I am frequently asked to sign in - maybe 2 or more times a month. Today (18/01/24) it accepts my password but when I attempt to open the paper it loops back to wanting me to sign in. Been through that at least 10 times. Now deleted the app and will attempt to reinstall. Also, I have been having problems with puzzles for many months. Very slow to react and sometimes have to press a letter or number key several times before it registers. Score of 2 is generous!

The old Daily Mail App allowed me to download the paper and puzzles so I could access both while travelling without need for Internet connection. It is no longer possible with new app. The puzzles are only accessible while online. No longer commuter / traveller friendly unlike other newspapers. Navigation around paper is harder than the old app. A massive step back. The newspaper has become joke with same article appearing multiple times, sometimes in many formats and on many days. It's sorted.
