😡 Unprofessional Experience Alert! 🚨 I booked an appointment with Dr.ABC , I did not receive a consultation because my call was not connected with the doctor. I waited for 30 minutes, but there was no benefit. This is unprofessional behavior from your platform for patients. Next day they reschedule my appointment with Dr.ABC at 7:30 PM , but got seen by another doctor instead. Huge letdown! 😤 Wouldn't recommend booking with them if you want to see the doctor you chose. 1/5 stars 👎👎👎👎
