The request to Jazz Team is to add a Buy ELoad feature in this application, so that whenever load is needed, it can be bought directly from the app instead of relying on RSO. The RSOs do not send the load on time and claim that Shopkeepers must load a minimum of 10,000 into their Eload SIM cards, as amounts less than 10,000 are not possible. They insist that this is the company policy, but when asked about it on the helpline, the helpline representatives said that there is no such policy. Thanks
