The night light aspect is ok but there are no good sleeping noises to choose from; the river sounds like someone peeing, the fire noise is unsteady and crackles just enough to keep one awake or think something is on fire... the jungle is just too much and as for the sea and rain not my cup of tea. If you like rain sounds its pretty good I guess

I like the sounds on the app but the light is only adjustable by color. I wish it would brighten or dims more.

It didn't help what so ever. I'm not afraid if the dark, but the color black gives me bad nostalgic memories so I tried to find an app to fix it. Sorry. I would not recommend.
