Great deals for items. Plus same day delivery is true. Loading could definitely be improved since it takes long even on good network signal. I also get confused seeing the sign in screen but when I tap my profile, I'm still logged in

Recent updates have improved the lagging of the app, but there's still so much to work on GOOD: Responsive customer care agents, easy navigation, UI design, extensive brand option, legit products BAD: No cancel option. U need to get their CC agent to do it for u. Some product pages lack even the basic ingredient list w/c is important for those with allergies, health concerns, etc. Prices for some products are much higher compared to other distributors. Need more products from each brand
