Slow just like Moneyback app. Badly written, poor use of multithreading, poor performance in SQL fetches. Looks like it's written by the same developers of the KMB app. Totally inept anf frustrating. To the developers, please look at some Western retail apps and observe how quick they are. Learn to optimise code.

The app itself lately seems improved. However PARKnSHOP has the worst Customers Service EVER!!! They NEVER respond to an email. NEVER!!! If you call them, you may end up waiting up to 30 minutes before someone picks UP, only to asked to leave your phone number because they don't speak English. And if they do call back, it could be the next day. Once you have placed an order, you are on your own. And if you forgot something, there's no way to tag additional items on the previous order.
