Revamped app solved the problem of shopping mall receipt upload and it's now very easy to use. Should have the option of giving points to friends instead forfeiting them.

Most things are great. My only complaint is the app always puts my location at the Airport even when I'm nowhere near it

New version includes lots of unnecessary icons which makes it difficult for users to find rewards and my collection

Inaccurate estimated travelling time with more than 10 minutes of difference. The trip planner is not user-friendly that I cannot check the estimated time during non-operation hour. The game level in the game arcade is insanely hard even when it's only stated as normal. I don't think such difficulty is needed when this is just a mobile app for earning MTR points and rewards.

Jan 2026. After latest updates, this app still close to useless. Too heavily geared to retail promotion as opposed to user/customer service. Remains 1 star because 0 improvements for the already barely functional user side. Also, next train estimates are NOT accurate. MTR should farm out app development to one of the bus companies - NW or KMB - both of whom know what these apps are supposed to facilitate. The app, or the MTR corp lies about train delay conditions too.
