Suggest improvements to show the user when they open the app what sales there are from their home airport and include alerts when there are sales. In my account I have also selected my currency as AUD but I'm still shown prices in SGD. Otherwise during an active flight the app is useful for updates and flight status. Also a great airline to fly with!

20% discount voucher disappeared and vanished from the app even though it has not been used and is not expired yet. After making the booking, voucher reappeared in the app but scoot says they cannot retrospectively apply vouchers to bookings. Could only watch the voucher expire through no fault of my own. Emailed the link provided by the app team, but they said it is not under their care. And from 2024 July till this day they are still ping pong-ing me around
