The app needs to delete places searched not booked. Also trips taken as completed. It is like half done. Otherwise the company so far has been good. Taken 1 trip and got few more to do. Refunds are quickly processed and quick communication.

Edit: Credit where due, after a drawn-out email exchange, I finally received a full refund for a ferry and bus journey repeatedly "cancelled" (they later claimed it wasn't) by the operator. (I provided extensive evidence.) Frustrating app; escalation needed if anything goes wrong - don't expect refunds for service cancellations (despite any level of proof you provide).

deleted the app as was ready to book but despite putting currency as AUD at one point it was trying to charge me in Filipino dollars the next euro, whats the point in choosing if you can't pay in currency you choose, had same issue on the web page

This app allowed me to book a flight and to pay for and add two check luggage 50 kg. They have a no cancellation policy, which was fine. The next day, they send a message saying the airline does not allow checked luggage! They refund the luggage fee and say that the airline "may" allow me to add them at the airport. That's bait and switch! I cannot travel without my luggage. I do not speak Thai. They won't cancel the flight and refund. Booking confirmation # JDKZST. Redund my money.
