I have been unable to download my e-tickets from the app. I get a message indicating that download has begun, followed by another message indicating that the download has failed. This app is garbage. Horrible interface, nothing is intuitive... want to use your miles to book travel? Good luck, the process isn't explained anywhere. Want to find your ANA membership number, good luck! it's not displayed or referenced anywhere. JAL has a much better app. Time to bring your app into the 22st century ANA.
