I booked a flight through GoToGate with checked baggage included and paid directly to them. At the airport, the airline had no record of it. GoToGate first admitted I was right, then blamed the airline and refused responsibility. Their customer service is rude, evasive, and completely unhelpful. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Avoid GoToGate – totally unreliable and deceptive.
