multiple bugs, no way to store mobile phone number, companion data, problems with passport scanning. wizz doesn't show all available seats, no way to choose 1st row seat or XL seat during check-in (you can see they are available when making me booking though). non-existent customer service, tickets hanging for 3 years without resolution or reaction. payments with BLIK disappearing (wizz claims money not received, but money is gone from the account - nobody knows which intermediary took it).

WIZZ Air - is full WIZZ scams. Im not talking about all the offers they give you DURING the ticket purchase, but AFTER i purchased the tickets, it would not let me to check in, unless i PAY extra. Mind you, i had already payed the full price of tickets. but when the time came for chek-in, it pretty much BLACKMAILED me into selecting payed seats, or else I would not be able to get my already bought tickets. Again, it was AFTER i have had slected for free seats and payed for everything.
