I have to keep signing in & putting in my surname & booking reference then sign in again everytime I open the app to manage my booking, maybe there's a good reason for this but its just a bit more awkward now, I thought I had lost my booking & had a panic for a sec but its ok 👍

The current version of the app is really "heavy". I tried it on two different phones but it's bad. When I press on search, it needs a moment to do something. I write a destination and it clears it. It's like running a heavy program on Windows 95... The previous version was so easy and quick to use. It's not EasyJet, it's EasyLag app now. Please be more simple. Less is more!

Dreadful, non-intuitive app... Online check-in doesn't work - when you get to the end, you are in an endless 'loop' between buying Food & Drink for on-board, and information about the new ETA (not required for British passport holders!). Won't let you skip Food & Drink purchase and there is no Confirm button at the end!!! Ho-hum, I guess ANOTHER endless call to Customer (dis-)Service beckons... easyJet - NEVER again!

Way too many bugs on app that prevent you from checking-in or even booking tickets (within Android app). Even on the web, my check in failed. useless and waste of time. Constant need to enter passport details, at least i know my passport number by heart now). Recently, EasyJet has been modifying the price shown in the basket when you are about to purchase the ticket. Most of the time, the price increases. This is deceiving practices and I will start looking elsewhere.
