The app keeps freezing and crashing all the time. It signs me out automatically, and when I try to log in again, it asks for a confirmation code that never gets sent to my phone. It’s so frustrating — I can’t even use it properly. Please fix these issues!

The worst. I had a very bad experience last month and they promised that next time it will be better because it seems that all they cared for is for me to remove my review. I gave it another try this month and service is even worse. I order over the app and someone calls saying that she's busy now and that she will call back when she's free.. and she never called.. someone else called after 12 hours and he also promised he would check with the branch and never called as well.
