I traded my iPhone 14 Plus for a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and couldn't be happier... however, I will say when I cracked my screen the first month (I put off going to buy a protector), I went to a repair man who told me the way it was refurbished was... unconventional. He said some parts were glued down that weren't supposed to be (?). I can't verify that myself, but I'll take his word word for it.

Good app, slow process

Not good this time. Ordered 2 phones only to find out they were being shipped to a prefilled previously used address. The app never took me to the shipping address screen or this would have been corrected by me. Contacted Customer Support after being able to cancel the order on one phone using the app, but unable to cancel the order on the other phone. Despite several messages between Customer Support and me, they were unable to either correct the address nor cancel the order.

app itself is fine but working with the help line was terrible, been over 2 months and they still have not figured out the issue that THEY created in the first place. will never be using back market again after this trade in. I do not recommend back market as their costumer service is one of the worst. You also cannot call because the number doesn't work.
