Using this app's website, my order grand total was $48.02. Using the app for the same order my grand total was $31.90. This is because of a built-in discount on shipping & the item itself when ordering with the app. That's cool, but I'm not sure I'm getting a great deal on the app as much as website shoppers are getting upcharged. This was only my first order, but I can't imagine this app is much better or worse than other prominent online storefronts.

prices are fair, but still haven't received product (they even gave a 10 day window) and tracking packages is a nightmare. the tracking page has listed tracking error (supposedly temporary) from the momment I ordered. what tracking it shows says that carrier is delivering it urgently, even though it was supposedly delivering it 2 days ago. I will wait a little longer, but I think trying elsewhere may be better for me and anyone else that wants honest accurate service.

BUYER BEWARE. never again. package got lost and all their customer service did (after I finally found where to contact them) was tell me to file a claim with the post office. this was after more than a week of sitting at a generic post office location. THEN, magically after I found where to contact customer service, it magically changed to delivered. it was not. Horrible compared to literally all other online shopping options.
