Now, with facial recognition, which you only need to configure when you download the app for the first time on a device, your data is more secure than ever. Rest assured that your information is protected against potential fraud.

What can I do with this app?
With BBVA, your words are commands.
Don't get lost in apps! Use voice commands to make transfers, pay for services, or your credit card.

Just say "pay credit card from BBVA," or whatever transaction you want, and the app will open automatically. Log in to maintain security, and immediately, the transaction you requested will open. Confirm the transaction, and that's it! Your payment in less than 2 minutes.

Forgot your card?
No problem!
Withdraw money from the ATM using only your cell phone or send money to your contacts so they can withdraw money from wherever they are. Withdraw your money from the ATM using the "Cardless Withdrawal" option and enter the unique code generated by the app.

If you don't have your credit or debit card with you, you can turn it off and on from your device whenever you need to, so no one can use it.

Shop online more securely
Create a digital card for your online purchases. Each time you use it, a dynamic CVV will be generated, valid for 5 minutes, to prevent anyone else from using your information.

Don't be confused by interest
With the new credit card interest simulator, you can enter the amount you want to pay and see the approximate interest you'll earn when making that payment. We'll also provide more details about the next month's amount if you pay what you had in mind. This way, you can make more informed decisions.

Do you need help paying your credit card?
Access a financing plan with fixed payments so you can pay off your card more easily; and if you wish, pay for your purchases in interest-free installments.

Do you have accumulated points? Pay all or part of your credit card purchases with those points. Apply for foreign merchants or Mexican merchants with foreign affiliations.

Did you go over budget with your debit card?
Don't worry, with your BBVA app you can access a loan with fixed installments to help you get back on your feet financially. Credit can range from $200 to $6,200 MXN.

Transfer and pay more easily with QR Codes
Forget about account numbers; the app will provide you with a QR Code to make transfers. You can also pay with your phone at some establishments by scanning the code from your app.
In addition to all these benefits, you can top up airtime, switch your payroll to BBVA, open an additional account, pay bills, and make transfers, all without leaving home.

Do you have questions about security?
• Your transaction data is protected and not stored on your phone.
• If you lose your phone, no one can access your service; only you know the password, and you can cancel it by calling the BBVA Hotline.
