It used to be convenient and used to work really well UNTIL Android 14 came along. Whereas you can still log in digitally, you can no longer sign digitally, I have had to go back to reader and card. I hope this will be rectified very soon

Horrendous .... this 'new' thing of theirs about having your phone software updated has just screwed everything up .... if you can actually get it installed and even open it, I think you should be awarded some kind of prize 🤔 .... it's just totally rubbish at the mo 🤷‍♂️ .... my star rating for the app out of 5 = 💩
