I have tried to login on this Barclays App. You are unable to put your user name in the box as the key board has only numerals. I spoke to one of Barclays team yesterday about the problem. He couldn't understand what I was telling him about only numeral keyboard. Absolute disgrace that they can't get it sorted.

Just awful. Why am I still with Barclays? These are the questions. I tried to log in to my account on my laptop via a web browser but that doesn't work either. I'm not even sure if this is the right Barclays app as searching for 'Barclays Mobile Banking' throws up about 9 Barclays apps. A hot mess.
