It must be a joke or needs setup instructions. I expected vibration patterns. With 10 selections of length, what's the point if it is just silence? So, it has to be a prank, like the sheet of paper with "How to keep an idiot busy, turn over" written on both sides.

Lame. Doesn't play any sounds with the silent ringtone. Why even make an app that doesn't play songs by the artist Silent? Boo. Double-lame. Plus it crashes.
